ICF-ADAT

The ICF-ADAT (Adult Disability Assessment Tool) instruments were developed for the multidimensional assessment of adults with disabilities, aiming to define a project that meets the needs and wishes of the individual and their families, who are involved in the assessment through a specific questionnaire.
The web platform allows generating a Functioning Profile that satisfies the regulatory requirement introduced by Legislative Decree no. 66/2017, which modifies art. 14 of Law no. 328/2000, a prerequisite for drafting the individual project. The system also enables comparison of data over time and the preparation of a project draft.
This elaboration is also useful for the Multidimensional Evaluation Units (UVM), which are required to conduct multidimensional assessments according to Legislative Decree no. 62/2024, for defining the “personalized and participatory individual life project” following an evidence-based approach.
The ICF-ADAT questionnaires for creating the Functioning Profile, a model for project definition, and other resources are available on the website: www.progettodivita.org
