INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
of the University of Verona
Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679
WHY THIS INFORMATION?
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “Regulation”), this page describes the methods of processing personal data of users who consult the thematic website of the University of Verona (hereinafter “University”) accessible online at the following address: www.icfapplicazioni.it.
The website icfapplicazioni.it is a web platform that enables the development of a Biopsychosocial Functioning Profile based on a core set of selected ICF items, depending on the evaluation target. The platform produces a set of indicators to design educational and/or rehabilitation interventions and to evaluate their outcomes, even over time, according to an evidence-based approach.
The platform was developed within a Research Project of the Department of Human Sciences of the University of Verona involving Prof. Angelo Lascioli as scientific coordinator and Dr. Luciano Pasqualotto as researcher.
The platform involves the processing of personal data of:
- the registered user (teachers, specialists, trainees, etc.) who creates a personal account to use the services offered by the platform,
- the user who consults the homepage of the website.
During registration, users can select one of the following areas of interest: ICF-School, ICF-Recovery, ICF-ADAT (Adult Disability), ICF-Elderly, ICF-VR (elderly and people with disabilities living in social-health or socio-assistance institutions). The platform, via a mailing function, completes the registration by sending a confirmation email to the data subject. The same function later informs users about updates on the applications they subscribed to.
This information does not concern other websites, pages, or online services that may be accessible via hyperlinks published on the icfapplicazioni site, as they refer to resources outside the University’s domain. The University is therefore not responsible for the content and reliability of the linked websites, as they are beyond its control, and cannot guarantee that such links or pages will function correctly when visited by the user.
More general information on the processing of personal data of users visiting the University’s websites, including the list of registered thematic sites linked to it, is available on the institutional website www.univr.it/privacy.
